I came across these for $12 at an antique store; I don’t know what they are exactly but I know they’re Square-butt K frame grips of some sort?

I was wondering who made them, what they might be made out of and what are they?

To me, it almost looks like horn or something, not really sure. Looks cool but a bit big on my M&P, went back to the wood stocks.

I think they are Jay Scott faux stag (polymer) grips. Real stag grips for a K-frame are going to cost hundreds of dollars. If they fit your gun, then you certainly got a deal for 12 bucks. However, if the grips are too thick, you are probably better off with the S&W wood grips,

Yes, they are J Scott! I have had them before but prefer target stocks of some kind. Do have a set of K/L round Targets from them. Bob
