Greetings Everyone..

Spent the morning admiring my 586 4" and my 19-5. Took off the side plates on each, ( been a long time ). Put a small "dab" of TW25 B grease on some contact points.

I had a pair of smooth finger grove S & W combat grips on the 586 and a set of Nills finger grove pebble finish on the 19.

I was not really too fond of the combat grips on the 586, so I swapped grips.

What a difference! The Nill's feels great on the 586! Yes, the S & W grips feels great on the 19!

These older Smiths are truly a marvel. In fairness, I purchased a new 642 last year, like that one too.

Going to have to get out to the range soon!

Best
