I have the Hogue handall on all my semi-auto pistols, just because they were easy to get, I would think that they are all pretty much the same.

So are the pachmayr grips really worth the extra 2-3 bucks? I mean, I know it is only a few dollars, but do they really absorb the recoil enought to make them worth it? (i'm trying to decide which one i want)

The hogue have a swell and fingergroovs that just add bulk while the Packys just add flat rubber (if you get the non-FG version).

It's what I used when I thought I needed it on a Glock.

Thanks for all the replys. I hear some models slip down but the two refered to is the two I've been looking at.

I like and have the Handall too. Several in fact and I got them all from here...

Glock ALL Models, Universal Grips Sleeve New Hogue

They run weekend deals where the shipping/handling is only $5.99! They have a lot of cool stuff but not everything like Midway or Brownell's. If you request a catalog, they have a ton more in it and guns too.

I used old bicycle inner tubes cut to whatever size I want. They are free (or virtually free from bike repair shops), can be cut to whatever length, are easily replaceable, do not change the shape of the grip like Hogue but still provide ample stickiness. And by the way, people have been doing this for a long time. Before any manufactured slip on grips. Just goes to show that you can take a cheap and simple idea, market it right and make some serious coin on something that used to be free.
