I know grips can get beat to death on here buuuuuut being a newbie I would like to hear some opinions. From what Ive read, Hogue is the way to go. I have narrowed it down to 2 different grips. I'd love some feedback as to what you would prefer:

Does the lip off the back fit the 15-22 right or does it stick out like a sore thumb?
Falcon Industries ERGO Sure Grip Pistol Grip AR-15 Right Hand Overmolded Rubber Black - MidwayUSA

or

Hogue OverMolded Pistol Grip AR-15 Rubber Black - MidwayUSA

Thanks everyone!

The Hogue is real nice, Clark. Never held the ERGO, but the Hogue doesn't leave me wanting for anything.

AND it's cheaper.

looking for a flat dark earth grip any ideas? might get the magpul miad but is there any more comfortable ones ?

I have the Ergo grip in OD. Yes the lip sticks out a bit but not bothersome. Can't speak to the Hogue but the Ergo has been good to me in both summer (sweaty palms) and winter (low bulk gloves). Also holds AA's in the grip like most do (mine came with a plug).

I have an ergo and it fits perfect in my hand but it doesn't fit 100%.

I went with a Hogue.......again

I run to Ergo grip on all my AR's. I'm not a big fan of the finger grooves on the Hogue forces you to put and keep your hand in only one spot

Went with the Hogue... while I havent installed it yet, I am pleased with my decision. thanks to all for the help!!

Hogue Overmolded grip on mine . Love it !

I bought a lot of my accessories off amazon.com including the grip.

I use a CAA Modular Grip for my 15-22. It has Small/Medium/Large Rubber Finger Grip & Palm Swell Pads, to get that perfect Grip Fit. Comfy, too! Even has a Grip Plug for the bottom.
