I've got some tomatoes growing, so I thought I'd post some pictures:
Here's todays harvest. They are brandwines, which are getting sun scalding, Tiny Tims, banana legs, Ceylon, and the little brown ones are brown berries.
We've tried somewhat to encourage them to grow up on some frames:
But my wife got carried away and planted some in the front of the boxes as well, so it's well and truly out of control:
Here are some closeups, Mr. Demille:
Ceylons are indeterminate, meaning they bear for a long time, heat tolerant, and they taste OK, but not great:
The yummiest are the little brown berries:
The banana legs sometimes have green stripes on them. They are more paste tomatoes with lots of flesh.
