Gun check please 19-3 Engraved

I ran across this engraved gun.. I have some guesses as to what it is but could use expert advice.. Any help appreciated..

Given the right side logo,the hammer and trigger finish,I'll say aftermarket,done in the style of Alvin White.
Way beyond A level,Chayden.

Can't help you with value, but it is really nice to me and every time I see carved grips like those, I drool uncontrollably!

Too bad the engraver didn't go for full coverage!

I wonder how many hours went in to that work of art?

The stocks look like the work of Alvin White and are quite valuable (much too old for the 19-3). The engraving doesn't look like his work, but it is very well done. Since the large S&W logo is on the side plate, I am sure the 19-3 shipped originally as a plain revolver.
