The gun dealers are desperate to turn-over common inventory.
I'm flush with all the guns I need for the rest of my life, and then some.
I did fam-fire stuff on different guns for decades. Tired of that too.
Tired doesn't begin to describe how I feel about storing un-interesting guns, purchased for no reason than they were a "good deal, and which I might not even shoot one time.
I feel bad for the gun dealers.
A little bit.
I'm gonna go shoot rifle matches for the next four days.
Nothing that will happen there will make me want to buy more guns.
I already have replacement barrels, 'cause you know if I shoot any 7's it wasn't me. Had to be that barrel "going bad."
I figure I've got 200 - 300 range trips left in me.
It really is a lot of work to do it right.
I can't fathom just gathering several guns and going to the range only for the sake of discharging some unfamiliar, but sadly-similar-to-other-guns, gun simply for the sake of discharging it at this point.
Buying new guns is still kind of fun.
Selling no-longer-wanted guns is just a royal pain the the rear.
I'm not signing up for any more of that.
Judging from the desperate sale-offers the gun dealers are running, I'm far from being the only one who feels that way.
