Recently purchased an almost NIB, 16-4 with a 6" barrel on it and had everything except dies and brass for it. Went to one of the larger, somewhat local shows and found a set of the RCBS 3-die carbide dies, NIB for 40 bucks. Looks like I just need to call Starline now and finish my shopping list.

I paid $39.95 plus tax for a used RCBS set for labeled for 32 S&W L and H&R. It included both seating plugs and the shell holder… but that was at least 30 years ago at a gun shop known then for bargains. You did well! 
If Starline has H&R brass in stock now, I suggest you order all you think you can use then some more. They're making so many calibers it's sometimes a long time between runs of whatever you're looking for. I do love their products though! I'm still using brass out of their first run of 327 Fed Mag, I was taking no chances!!
Hope you'll have fun with that 16-4. I'm still wishing I'd kept the one I sold in 1993! Talk about seller's remorse!
