Gun show!

[Dixie fix]

Went to the Suncoast Gun show today. Wasnt really all that impressed, second year in a row of underachieving gun shows.

I was looking for:

1. Bulk ammo
2. Tatical Gun Case
3. Magazines (15-22)

heres what I came up with

1. No crates of .22 ammo, only had the box of 500-555 and the prices were higher than if i get at walmart. A box of Winchester 555 was 24.99 i can get for 16.99.

2. Gun cases were plentiful and had some decent prices ranging from 55.00-115.00, but didnt find one that I MUST HAVE so ill be waiting.

3. Magazines, the S&W magazines were 30 each and i found that straight rediculous. However I did find a blackdogmachine 50rnd drum for 50.00 so i bought that on the spot. Hadnt really cared to own one but for the price it was worth it.

Ill take some pictures of it after i paint it, something seriously wrong with a semi-see through drum.

wow. what you just posted for pricing makes me not want to bother checking out a show... except that blackdog drum. are the prices all over the place at these things, or are they generally high/low?

That was in hillsborough. The drum was a lucky find, only one there.

I actually live in riverview, but at any given time I could be anywhere in hillsborough.

I also find the prices of ammo in a gun show to be high. I buy all of my ammo and guns online.
