OK,
I don't know how your clubs raise money. BUT, my club sells gun tickets. 20$ a ticket, 30 guns, runs off the daily pic 3 evening Lotto number From April 25 thru May 25, 2009.

I'm thinkin I could offer these up to our forum members, I'll take care of shipping. I would have to fill the stub out and turn it in.

Problems: Shipping the guns (I guess I'd have to talk to our dealer), LEGALITY???, Easy payment.

Not offering these up just yet, I just wanted to get some thoughts from you guys, and I need to talk with the old lady about legality (shes an ADA), and the gunshop about shipping, and payment options.

I also have to see how many are left (they only print 1000 to cover all the numbers)

SO, interested? Thoughts?

Is this just a PA thing? When I lived in VA, I went to PA a lot and the locals were always talking about these events. Seems that several local charities would put them on throughout the year.

I think you may want to check Federal Law about doing the raffle across state lines. I'm not sure that raffles are legal everywhere and it would be a shame to get nailed for interstate gambling.

While an FFL and a project manager(early '80's), I used to raffle a gun every payday. A deck of cards, each cost $10. Tear in half, you keep one, the other in the "hat". No doubt about the winner. Winner usually took $150 cash instead of the "hassle" of transfer (4473). High point of the week on my jobsite. Outside of the paycheck lottery. Joe
