Guns are bad for your health

In the past a warning label was put on cigarettes. Maybe a good idea, though nobody cares. Recently the SG suggested a warning label on social media because our kids are being harmed and are turning into zombies.

So I would ask what is worse? Having a gun in the house or frequenting Steve Jobs' atrocity and Zuckerburger's farcebook? Or, did the latter precipitate the gun problem?

My wife seems to agree with them.

Years ago she said if I buy another gun it would be a serious health risk and muttered something about me buying my on murder weapon.

Thank the lord for gun cases and gun safes. Things can come and go unnoticed.

If you wonder about the lack of intelligence of the medical field, check out a State where marijuana is prescribed. It is really anything for a buck.

Concerning the universal background checks ........ How many hours have some of you waited to get an answer when your FFL inputs your name and info in the system ? And later in the day when all the time zones are doing it , it's even slower . I'm lucky , I have a concealed weapon permit and I used to have a TS/extended background clearance , but still at times it's been hours . So I just go back the next day and all is good , but I'm retired . If you work , you might have to wait until Saturday and then what ? You come back the next Saturday ? All I'm saying is before they even think about this they need to fix the system in place now before overloading it with who knows how many more background checks every day .

That's odd because anything in Florida I have ever bought clears within 15 minutes?

Well, fact is the "gun violence epidemic", like most viruses is pretty much contained to certain groups in regular contact with each other. Isolation usually works but that is already common practice. Hmmm... lets take away all the guns from the rest of the population and that should cure it. .gov thinking at its' best. Joe
