Guns on boats

There are marker buoys along the line.
With the way things have been going down there lately,
I wouldn't be too keen on being on that lake at all, no
matter which side.

Ok here's one that's been bugging me:

I have a WV CCW so I'm legal in a good number of states,thing is I have a boat and plan to get a bigger one later and probably go on the Ohio and when I do I just stick my gun in my holster same as always and proceed about my business.

I figger I'm to abide by the state laws when I'm on the big river and I suppose since the WV permit is covered in Ohio I'm cool to carry on board in ether states waters...so Y or N?
