Gunsmith recommendation in the Tulsa area?

Anyone have a recommendation for a S&W revolver gunsmith in the Tulsa, OK area? I have a couple of projects in mind including reboring a beater Triple Lock from .44 to .45. I know I could send it off to Bowen and others, but I'd like to keep it somewhat local if I could.

After perusing the Oklahoma shooters forum, I saw recommendations for a gunsmith named Don Franson, here in Tulsa. It appears that most of his work is refinishing - anyone here have any dealings with him?
