Hello all! I have a 686, 4" that has a little sentimental value to me that needs some work. The original owner shot a steady diet of 357 hand loads through it and it could use some tightening up and an action job. Lock up seems a little loose to me. Probably get the cylinders chamfered and maybe forcing cone done at same time. All the gunsmiths in my area that I have used and trusted have retired so I am not sure where I should go with it. I have heard mixed things about TK. Heard good things about D&L. Would like to stay local if possible but not deal breaker. I am in SE Michigan. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.
