HAARP

I read a post here about strange weather patterns over Libya and it made me think about this thing I read about one time called HAARP. Google it. From what I understand some of the major earthquakes were centered on points of triangulation from HARP. It seems like it said something about creating weather patterns or something like that. It would come in handy if you needed a favorable climate in which to fight other peoples battles and so on.

I just went back and looked at it. It may actually be the reason for some of the kooky weather we've been having. It is a weather manipulation device. That's kinda scary if you ask me.

Gordon. According to the weirdo TV shows, HAARP is used to:
A. Trigger earthquakes.
B. Change and steer weather systems.
C. Change the Earths magnetic field.
D. Transmit electrical power through the planet crust.
E. Control peoples minds. ( You need COPPER foil in your hat AND it
has to be grounded at all times to be effective.)
F. (I love this one.) Maintain communications with the Nazi Moon
Base.
The only thing I'm sure of is, they will not let Jesse Ventura in the place.
The security guard said it was 'Restricted Access' and despite Jesse's many 'Qualifications', he was not on the List! Go Figure.
