Handcrafted by J ?

I picked up an IWB letter holster this week. The only markings are "Handcrafted by J". I'm assuming this is just some small mom and pop holster maker, but was curious if anyone knew the maker.

That's a Rocking J!
At least it would be if it was a Cattle Brand.

All you need to do is figure out who owns the Rocking J brand.

I did find a Rocking J leatherworks, but their holsters don't seem to have that mark on them.
