Yes, Happy New Year! Don't drink & drive. Drink first, then drive. No, wait. It's amateur night. Stay home and enjoy tomorrow! If a few friends stop by, don't get stupid with someone else's "property."

Our gang will gather this evening at the local watering hole. One
gal is fixin' black-eyed peas, and I'm making my special Southern
Sweet Cornbread Cake -- honey and Duke's mayo are the special
ingredients.
An annual event is always a hit. I heard this year's celebration might
include a rousing Hand 'n' Foot (card game) playoff.
Enjoy whatever you'll do on this last day of 2023.

From a previous post. On New Years I only drink when I'm alone or with somebody. Tonight I'm alone but not driving. Will be asleep until the neighbors shotgun goes off at midnight.
