Last night I was at another concert at the American Music Theatre in Lancaster, PA that featured six acts from the 1960s that was billed as the Happy Together Tour, named after one of the hits by the headliner, The Turtles. The others performers were the Cowsills, Little Anthony, Gary Puckett, the Vogues and Jay & the Americans. I used to play a lot of their records on the air when I was at my college radio station. These acts were doing their songs from 55 to 65 years ago and for the most part they sounded just like I remembered them from back then. One of the performers told how the tour welded the performers together as a family of its own and they showed it at the curtain call when each act did a snippet of one of their songs and then everyone formed a line, held hands and bowed together. This is definitely a show to see if it comes anywhere near where you live.
