Need to know how to remove the trigger bar..

Its sticking some times despite cleaning and new spring.

I think it might have a rough spot on the back or a bit of jammed dirt..

thanks...I did find this site but its a total strip I want to do...

They way to do it seems to be a state secret...G

yep..I have been searching for about a month now...its like looking for the holy grail....

In my case I just want to be a able to remove the trigger bar as being an old gun it has some corrosion behind it so its sticking....

Also I need to know if I just tap out the magazine disconnector and how I reinstall it with its spring.

It's difficult to believe someone on here can't tell us how to disassemble a Model 41. This isn't a new gun. Please. Maybe a link to some info?

I have searched for DVDs or books...nothing.

I have a Sig P229 and there is a great armorers dvd for $25 that told me everything ...

If you do find an answer pleas...PLEASE post me...I of course will post if I find one.

I have been plagued with the trigger bar not engaging the sear every time causing the gun not to fire when the trigger is pull...about once in 5 rounds in rapid fire.

I have been cleaning and oiling like mad and improved this to 1 in 20....which is still a pain when shooting bullseye.

It looks as if i have cured my trigger bars sticking issue.

The magazine release plate is supposed to float slightly.

In my case it was stuck hard against the trigger bar.

I lubed the release plate pin and smoothed the inside of the plate with emery paper ( 400 )

T then use thin grease as lube and all seems fine again.

I must say having the full strip information gives me some comfort when the next problem arises.

Just purchased a 6 inch bully barrel so lets see how that fits and works...

My guess is that it will just shoot my wobble more accurately....G
