Have mags need gun

I picked up 10 used police mags dirt cheap and don't know what they fit!!! Does anyone know what these are for, all I know is some type of S&W .40 cal.

I'll take 'em!! LOL. They fit the very nice shooting and reliable 4006. If you decide you don't want or need them all let me know!!

Define "dirt cheap" so I can be jealous.

Thanks Speedgunner, I might have to look for a 4006. I paid $75 for ten which seemed cheap to me.

They will fit:

410, 411, 4003, 4004, 4006, 4026, 4043, 4044, 4046, same model numbers with TSW after them, and probably some more models I am forgeting.

$7.50 a mag... that's what I'd define as dirt cheap. Sounds like you need to find a "dirt cheap" 4006 LE trade in to go with them.

If the weight of the 3rd gen pistols don't bother you, they're one of the best things going.

Those mags will fit the S&W 4000 series, such as 4006, 4003, 4046, 410, etc.

If you get a gun "to fit" I have a set of Hogue wood grips that would go fine with the gun in question.

That's a unique way to purchase a firearm...magazines first. I bought a box of used 30 round AKM mags for $30 back in 2002, that's $3 dollars a mag. Naturally, I had to buy an AKM.

I once bought several Browning HP .40 S&W mags for a dollar apiece at a going-out-of-business sale. I bought a gun for them a few years later.

I don't see a problem with buying mags for guns I don't have. I figure one of two things can happen...

1. I'll buy the gun to go with them.

2. I'll find someone that bought mags for a gun I have, my mags will fit their gun and we can trade. Having a little something to barter with is always nice.
