those ads on TV for the New Mexico State Police? They're running what looks like recruitment ads. I just wondered if they're running them all over the country. Anybody here seen them?

I haven't seen them here in WVA either. But I have seen the ad wanting new businesses to locate in New York City! Good luck with that! I laugh every time I see it on TV.

I haven’t seen them either and I’m right next door in Arizona. Maybe the recruiters in NM don’t watch the AZ news about LEO’s in some of the AZ cities being at the low end of the pay scales.

That's kind of weird...why would they be advertising in Oklahoma? I guess I need to pay attention to whom is airing the ad, that might be a clue.

Well, I saw the ad again this morning & it is on the local Fox channel. I still can't figure it out.

With the image NM LE got itself in the last six months over a couple of incidents I wonder if they've had a bunch of officers bail on them.
