Did a good job of depleting my disposable income budget this week.

First was a little Model 19 2-1/2" I picked up at an auction by Wooster, Ohio on Tuesday. Into this one for $350. She has a few warts--a slight stain on one side about 3/16" in diameter and a nick on one side of the barrel.

And yesterday, I swapped an old tricked out Colt Combat Commander for this--

Model 14-3 Single action Target in box.

She has been to the dance but not abused. Shot--but seemingly sparingly. I'd rate this easily at 99% with a VERY minor turn ring. If the cylinder face didn't have lead on it, it could possibly pass as unfired.

Grips are numbered to the gun. Gun is a 3k 978xx SN range--Box has no end label and has a FEB 14 1975 date stamp inside on the lid. I don't think it is the original, but I think it is the correct size and style. All in total, I have like $500 in this. Maybe a little high right now but will most certainly go up.

Your thoughts??

Bluing isn't thin at all--VERY strong. The morning sunlight plays tricks on the camera's mind--

Great pickup! That single-action 14 is a looker; don't see too many of those. I don't think I'd seen an 8 3/8" barrel on one, ever.

The 19 snubs are just fantastic little shooters; I just had mine at the range on Thursday and was astonished hour well balanced it was, how well it shot, and how easy it was to set some tight groups up at 15 yards with it. Great gun.

I think you did very well -
