Hi, I'm living in Carinthia, the most southern state of Austria (no, not the one with the kangaroos, lol). I've got a 1946 Military & Police .38 Special and a .357 Magnum, model 27-6 and this forum helped me a lot so far getting information about Smith & Wesson guns, so I decided to register. I hope my english will be good enough for you to understand..at least, I'll do my very best Oh. btw. even if not a S&W still got a Dan Wesson .357 stored in Oklahoma waiting for my next stay in the US.

Guten Morgan! I am from state of Missouri. I was in Innsbruck and Salzburg last summer. Love Austria. I have Glocks but they would not take visitors at the factory near Vienna.

@fyimo, yeah, have good memories to AR, still got my VFW POST 2259 (Conway) membership card somewhere. Very nice place except... well, it's a dry county.

@Genthod, the principal office of Glock is about 10 miles away from here in Ferlach, Carinthia, but I think they don't let any visitors in there too. Gaston Glock lives here as well, at the Lake Woerther, seen his house many times when driving past.

And, maybe to mention, originally I am from Germany and still German nationality, but living here in Austria for about 2 years, lovely country.
