Hey! Just wanted to say hey and introduce myself. A first time hand gun owner here. After extensive research, and shooting, I finally opted to purchase a brand new SW SD9VE. I decided on the SW after shooting the Glock G19 and G23 and both the SD9 and SD40. I wanted something I could carry, keep in the car and something either my wife or I could handle comfortably. So I opted for the SD9VE.
I have since put about 200 rounds through her at the range. From about 10-15 yards I can put about a hand sized pattern on what I'm aiming at. I need more work though. I read that people complained about the trigger pull, but as a self defense gun I actually kind of like that. And I have had zero issues shooting it so far. All in all, I love it!
