I just moved here and have not been to a shop or range yet. I did go to the new Cabellas on Woodruff rd. and it was very interesting. I have seen plenty of gun shops and three gun ranges so I don't think you will have any trouble locating a good one. Maybe someone can reply with some better info for you.
Have fun while you are here, it seems like a real nice city downtown.
