Hello,

New to the forumn and new gunowner. My first firearm was a Model 27-3. Pictures can be found here:

Can someone direct me to where I may get advice on what year and other details about my gun? Seller told me its never been sold or fired and was in a warehouse the past couple of years. Either way I don't mind never fired or used as I would like to take care of this gun for a long time. Second question, It also has some rusty gunk build up, so if someone can direct me to the proper forum for maintenance, that would also be appreciated. Nice to meet ya.

Nice 27 but you should get some N frame grips, looks like you have K or L frame grips on that.
