Hello All! I'm actually from Florida but moved to Illinois for work back in 1998. It's tough living under an oppressive state! I'm a former combat medic and MP. Served in the 82nd Abn Div and 449th MP Company. I also studied Criminal Justice, Fire Science, and Emergency Medicine in college. Thought about a career change once or twice but stuck to my IT gig and make a decent living working in voice and data networking.
I'm not that active on this forum probably because I only have two Smith and Wesson handguns. I came close to purchasing an M&P AR15 but along came the great panic buy of 2012/13 and had to switch gears and buy up a lot of ammo instead:
Model 19-3, I inherited from my step father. It was his police service revolver for a number of decades.
And my recently purchased M&P Shield (9mm).
