Hi All,

New owner of a 642 here and I've got the feeling I'm gonna go for the M&P 340 pretty soon. What's a realistic price to pay these days? (without CT grips).

I haven't had a chance to research this, but I'm sure the question has been asked: after 100 rds., I have these wear marks. Should I be concerned? Thanks for your help

Not sure about the price, but as far as the marks on your (I'm assuming) 642... those are normal. Some "gentle" gun oil (like Rem Oil) on a cleaning patch and some light "scrubbing" will help with some of it... A used soft bristle tooth brush will take off more...... but also will quickly remove the finish (which is only an appearance issue as long as you keep it properly maintained).

I had the same question about the marks on my 637, got the same answer.
Not to worry about it.
