I live in Florida and I'm now retired, but in 2018 I spent 5 months in Louisiana with my company, Mosaic. Mosaic has three plants on the River, and I worked at the Faustina complex in St. James. I stayed in Gonzalez and I really enjoyed the people...and the food! My Word, y'all can cook!
