Hardball ammo is inexpensive and a great range round to shoot to become familiar with your new firearm.
So, make time to become totally familiar with your weapon.
I'm not familiar with the current firearms law for Citizens in Detroit, Michigan,,or their requirements for carrying one on the streets, but your pistol is a very popular one for concealed carry.

I was born in East Detroit in 1966. I think they call it East Point now. Left right after the riots in '67.

Congrats on your first pistol from a transplanted
yooper. The last time I was in Detroit half the city was vacant houses or crack houses and crime was out of control. It's good you bought your first pistol, you might need it someday.

Welcome from Northern Michigan. I grew up in Clinton Township but I moved the hell out of there when I was twenty. That was twenty eight years ago. You received a nice firearm. I enjoy mine and it's my EDC.
