Been browsing this forum for some time and figured it's about time to join. I purchased an M&P 15-22 a little bit before Christmas (figured things would only get harder - seems I was right). Just waiting on some magazines that will take a while to get here now.
Joined up the NRA today hoping to see the day where I don't have to make purchases in fear of not being able to make them later.
I'm pretty sure I have this right but a confirmation would be great. You have to be 21 to purchase a lower receiver regardless of if it has a stock on it or not, right? I think I've read in the past you could with a stock at 18 but they changed it, is that right?
