Hello all. Just joined as i get back into shooting. My Dad was a gun dealer here in Michigan in the 70's,80,s and early 90,s. I worked at the store just out of high school in the late 70's. Sold most my guns (rare guns) when i moved to Calif when there were restrictions on AR-15 etc etc. Now i am back in Michigan. Do have a nice in the box Model 649 J frame 38 spl. Just bought a new S&W 9 shield plus with night sights and CT red dot. Now i want one of the new S&W Response rifles. Looks like a fun gun to shoot. May trade in the 649 or sell it. Hopefully there is a thread on the Response on here?

Look on the Forums and you'll see "S&W Long guns". If there is anything on the Response it should be there.

BTW: I'm an absolute carbine NUT but I don't have a Response. I have Kel-Tec and Ruger in 9mm, a Henry .22, two AR-15s with 16.5" barrels and an SKS. I THINK that's about all the carbines I have. If I think of any more I'll post them here.:D
