Hey all. New guy here from Western Pa. Found this site the other day while I was shopping around and reading reviews of the model 638 I plan on buying actually today. I've owned several smith's in the past and still have my first, a 1990 era 4 inch 686. I've been in law enforcement for 18 years and am one of my department's fire arm instructers. We carried the 5906 for many years until rearming with the H&K USP .40. Looking forward to picking some brains and getting some new ideas.
