I am new to this fourm but not to Smith and Wesson revolvers. I currently own a Governor, Model 1917 and M&P 38 special I inherited from my father-inlaw from the early 1950s that is almost pristine(original box and papers). I hope to tap into the knowledge of folks that have forgotten more about Smith and Wesson than I'll ever know.
