I love Spain! Beautiful country , excellent food & wine , friendly people , gorgeous women!

Spent lots of time in the Rota and Torrejon areas during my VP Navy days.

Hey guys! How are things in Spain? It seems as though everyone here is buying guns as fast as they can (out of fear that tougher gun laws are coming). Have gun sales increased in Spain as well? Me pueden contestar in Español o Inglés...me da igual. Gracias.

In Spain situation remains the same since the access to own hand-guns is very severe.
In a few words:
"A" Licence for Military and Police personnel.
"B" Licence for self-protection (politics & VIPs) and Private Security personnel. Very difficult access.
"F" Licence for Shooting Sport. Hand-guns can only be used within SSF Clubs.
Unfortunately all Spanish hand-guns Industries died during 199x due to Unions road-blocks and competition from low cost Countries.

Hi fede6, welcome to the smith forum, have fun and enjoy.

Hola Grit.

Hi Grit.
Things in Spain for guns and shooting enthusiasts are becoming more complicated. Emerging news related shootings, and we fear that any amendments to regulation of weapons is to harden even more.
Like Fede said , most of handgun licenses are focused in sports (can not be attached or carry the weapon and amunition). Hopefully they will entertain with other issues and leave the shooters in peace.

Welcome from the beautiful mountains of East
Kentucky.
