Came acrossed site in search of info on a good sjhp factory load for the 45auto. Few months ago picked up a used "like new" cs45 for 395. The only rounds iv fired so far {400} is 230 grn fmj's. I like the fat feel of the grip,& recoil seams 2 be managible for a compact 45auto. first 45 that iv own. Have fire a 45, but not much. Any info on the cs45 & 45auto round? I thank you

FWIW I carry the Speer Gold Dot in 45 ACP (department issued) but have been a big fan of the Federal HydroShok rounds for my 45.
