I've been lurking and reading through a lot of threads in this site for a few months and finally registered.
First off, thanks for all the great information. This forum has been such a great wealth of information for a guy just getting his toes in the water, and I have learned a lot on top of the tidbits of info I was searching for.
I am new to Smiths (and wheelguns in general) as of last March. As of now my small collection consists of a couple late '40s Military & Police .38s. One S-prefix 5-incher and one C-prefix round butt snubbie. I absolutely love the things and I'm looking forward to adding more to the collection and learning as much as I can from the experts on here. Hopefully I can contribute something every once in a while too.
