Hello from Wine Country in Riverside County, Republic of California. I’m a Vietnam veteran, USMC 1966-1970, and retired Firefighter. Grew up with guns in hand at Granddad’s Ranch, shooting a Model 94 30-30 and Model 95 30/40, and my favorite, a Remington Model 66 Nylon .22. Handgun shooting came much later, but now that’s all I do, with a little archery now and then. My handguns include: S&W 686 SSR w/4” barrel, S&W 686+ w/2.5” barrel, Sig 2340 .40, Sig P232 .380, S&W M&P .22, Glock 19 9mm, and S&W Model 60 (1966) .38 spec. Hoping to share and learn here on the forum. Be safe.

Welcome from Virginia

Welcome to the Forum, and thank you for your service both in the military and as a firefighter.

Very nice collection of firearms you have there.

Nothing beats an outdoor range plinking session with a Nylon 66 in your hands, a snubbie wheelgun on your hip, and even a plastic S&W along for some additional fun at the spinners and plates!

Enjoy and don't be a stranger...everyone has something to contribute...and we love pictures!:D

What's the backstory on your Nylon 66? You or relatives the original owner? What is the color MB, SG ? What does it like to eat for ammo? Mine eats all brands of ammo, doesn't seem to care.
