Greetings folks!
I am posting a first posting on this board, so here goes:
I am a weeks old owner of a M-15-3 Combat Masterpiece, that was refinished, retweeked, and re-stocked (re-gripped)! It was dipped in teflon, so it is more a black, than a blue. it has been fitted with Hogue Combat Grips, that really fill my hand, as if by design. My 'local armorer', that received the shipped piece for me, was amazed with how 'tight' it is, for a vintage 1975.
I have other firearms, as well, but not S&W. I've been working on the 'old tried and true handgun/rifle combination', not this current crop of non-matching pistols and carbines.
I am a former Air Force member, and have been stationed at U-Tapao RTNAF (3 years straight), with Dover AFB on both sides of that experience. I have read that there are former USAF "Skycops"
on these boards, so one more 'boo-yah' out to them, for a job not really wanted or thanked, but necessary.
BTW, if you were at George AFB, when that individual decided to play 'bumper cars' with a POL truck, I was there! Another boo-yah deserved for that one!
I hope to learn, share, and lend support, as we all go on here!
