Hi all, I haven't been on any forums since 2008 when my motorcycle was stolen, so please take it easy on me.
My wife and I travel in our motor home 365 days a year. {great life style} Originally from Kentucky now home is where we park our mh.
I bought a 15/22 last year and fell in love with it. Yesterday I bought a 357 magnum. Looking at the sn number it was made in 1955. I have no idea what the model is.
I hope I can learn some things and possible help someone.

I took the 357 magnum to a gun shop here in FL. I guess I should give more info on it before I say what they said.
The sn is K 264499, there is no model number the numbers where that should be is 2 on the top line, 30272 on the 2nd line, and 0 on the bottom line.
Now the gun dealer here says it is a model 19, 4 screw, pinned and recessed. 90% on the condition.

If I can figure out how to transfer pics from my phone to my pc I'll share some. Since I switched to windows 10 I can't do anything on the pc.
 
Welcome A Board from the Sunshine State. Hope your still on two wheels too . I been on them since 1975. Lost all interest in. Owning motorhomes / R Vs when I. was a service mananger for a very large R V dealership for years. Had a very awsome group of folks working with me .
