help 15-7 reasembly

Can someone has the schematics for the .38 15-7 revolver. I disasembly for cerakote it. but I am having truble with the barrel, It doesnt turn if you put it horizontal. only turn pointing at the ground ¡¡ hell. I miss something an I dont know what it is.

Is that the barrel or the cylinder that doesn't turn.

Assuming you mean that the cylinder don't turn, I would suspect that the small spring that puts tension on the hand is missing or not mounted correctly.
The hand is the small flatsided part that's attached to the trigger, it's job is to engage the cylinders ratchet teeth in order to turn the cylinder.
If it has no spring tension it will not engage the cylinder ratchet, just flop freely around.
