Any gurus with these 1st mod.DA's out there, your input would be appreciated. I'm reassembling one that I had out for a reblue. I'm pretty handy but I have a pin (see pic) that I can't seem to find a home for. Also, that spring seems to be absent and from the manual a kind soul photocopied for me, it's not too clear where that pin and spring fits. Any assistance would be most appreciated. Maybe I should have posted this in the Gunsmithing section?

I believe that spring and plunger are your cylinder stop. The 1st DA has two "rocker" stops, and both are part of the trigger. One stop is machined on the trigger and the spring and plunger fit in a hole between the sides of the trigger.

Caliber? Frame?

Are we talking 38 or 44?

Totally different animals

The .44 Russian is not prohibited in Canada. The parts shown are from the .44 DA, 1st Model.
