Help before purchasing an M&P

My understanding is that the M&P is available with or without the magazine disconnect safety and with our without an internal lock. I'd like an M&P45 with no mag disconnect and no internal lock. Does anyone know what the product code would be for this configuration? The S&W site is not very clear on this.

The first part of the 2008 product catalog contains the product codes and model feature details. It's on page 22. It has to be downloaded in .pdf format, though. There's at least one odd listing, for a model with the thumb safeties. It has a "Y" check in the Internal Lock column, but it doesn't have an ILS, just the thumb safeties. Dunno why.

It might be best to call S&W and ask to go over the features you desire and confirm the appropriate product code. That's what I did, even after checking the model listings on the website.

Traditional all black without the safety lever, without the key lock and without the mag disconnect and standard sights is 109306, same with night sights is 109706, I think.

compact. I have both and IMO are great.
