Help Date Model 65-3 Please

It's a pawn shop find. Info of every kind is appreciated.
This one has a four inch barrel.
Serial 30D20XX.

A quick check in SCSW #4 shows 65-3 came out in 1983. The cylinder counter bore and pinned barrel were eliminated. 65-4 appeared in 1988.

In 1983 serial numbers started with 17Dxxxx and ended with 21Dxxxx
The last serial number was 30D9291 but I don't know what year it was issued.

She was an ugly duckling, but she's much better now. I spent time to disassemble, lube and polish. Replaced the original grips. The originals are not bad. Looks like she skidded across concrete at one time and had never really been cleaned. Range time tomorrow.
