help grip wood

guys can you help me? I took these grip but the chassis comes out and can change the wood inside?

I would like to help you, but I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say "the chassis comes out."

If you're looking to replace the grips, then you have many options and vendors to choose from.

Those look like K frame grips you are trying to put on an N frame. Unless there is a screw hole in the bottom of the grips then the U shaped metal part is to a Hogue Monogrip and should have nothing to do with those grips. The one screw that goes through the sides should clamp them on the grip frame of the gun.

Yep, the little metal piece laying on the cushion is a Hogue stirrup and should be used with that grip. It appears as though that grip is secured with one grip screw that is inserted through one side. There should then be a threaded ferrule of the other side that the screw threads into. But as bob says, it appears to be a grip designed for a K/L frame and it won't fit the N frame properly.
