Help ID, S&W 4" 38 pearl grips

Thanks for help. I'll attach photos. Inside the yoke is #1376, Serial #230150, Under the BBL is #B230150. It has S&W mother of pearl grips. Any info on this revolver is appreciated. Model? Year of mfgr?

Standard Catalog calls it a .38 Military & Police, Model of 1905, 3rd Change, made sometime 1909-1915.

Looks kind of finish challenged but the medallion pearls are nice.
