Help identify this gun

I looked at a gun the other day, I don't remember the model number. It was a .38 5-shot titanium cylinder and it had a sleeve barrel. It said on the barrel "shoot jacketed bullets only". It was a pre lock. I am looking for one what is the model number.

If it had a external hammer it was a model 360.

If it had a internal hammer it was the model 342.
