Help identifying 3 guns

I have 2 pistols from a small collection I recently acquired and I'm trying to figure out what I really have.

Smith and Wesson Model 10-7 revolver chambered in 38 Special CTG. The yoke is stamped B8 then 5363X. It’s blued with a fixed sight, 6 shot capacity with a 2 inch pinned barrel. It has Rogers grips that are in excellent shape. It also came with a leather Brauer Bros. holster. Overall, this gun is in very good condition. Estimated value?

Smith & Wesson Model 64-1 chambered in 38 Special. The yoke is stamped 1X585. Serial # D800877. This gun has a 4 inch barrel, fixed sights, checkered wooden grips, 6 shot capacity, trigger spur and stainless steel construction. Overall this gun is in very good condition. It has a leather Bucheimer holster as well. Estimated Value?

Welcome!

The first two are K or medium frame S & W revolvers. The 10-7 has its serial number in the same place as your model 64-1, which is a 1975 gun. If you give the model 10's SN we can help date it also. The numbers near the yoke are assembly numbers that have no known significance outside the factory. Figure about $400 or so each.

The last one is easy - it's a Ruger . This should be on the left side of the barrel. It was their model 10 competitor, a bit more heavily constructed and a good gun. Hope this is helpful.

I believe the Service Six should be a Ruger. All should have the correct serial on the butt of the grip frame. $450 for the Service Six, $500 to $550 for the 64, and $450 to $550 for the 10.

Not an expert, actually a rookie, so take the values with a grain of salt.

Thanks guys. Y'all are quick. I realized the 357 was a ruger immediately after posting, so I tried to hide my mistake and delete it. You caught me. Just in case you can help with the Ruger too, the SN# 158-87569.

I just removed the grips on the model 10-7. SN# 8D97683.

Your 10-7 was made in 1981; it would be a late pinned barrel gun.

Ruger.com has a serial number lookup function and can get you a production year. Enjoy!
