Help identifying Pre-V Victory?

sorry guys, I was quoted the numbers from under the crane. It does have a four digit number with no V prefix located there. I was unaware it would carry two sets of numbers, the v prefix that appears every where else and the four digit number that appears only under the crane. I was also told it was the same number that appears at the base of the cylinder but that is clearly a v prefix number. I bought a low numbered but v-xxxxx marked victory in very good condition.
