First off - Welcome to the Forum. It looks like lots of missing parts on that 38 Single Action revolver. It would not be worth the effort to restore it unless it has huge sentimental value. The fresh nickel finish was applied over serious metal wear and abuse. We can tell you about when your revolver left the factory if you can supply the serial number as found on the bottom of the butt. Make a plaque and frame it for display is your best bet if you want to keep it.
